The founder of the law offices, Elias Omar Solano A., is an Attorney at Law and Political Science, graduated with high honors from Universidad de Panama (University of Panama) with the member degree of the Sigma Lambda Honor Chapter.
He was admitted and declared competent to practice law in Panama by the Supreme Court of Justice, in 1998. He has a Criminology post course at Universidad de Panama, besides a Master’s degree in Criminology Studies issued by the same institution.
In the professional field, he occupied the position of Assistant to the Criminal Circuit Judge, in the First Judicial Circuit of Panama, Republic of Panama; and he also occupied the position of attorney counselor of different law firms and companies in Panama and Central America.
Elias Solano masters the English and Spanish language, and was born on December 3, 1973 in Panama, Republic of Panama, where he currently resides.
